STRATEGIC PLAN

The school community works to develop a Strategic Plan and currently has a plan for the 2017-2021 period. The Plan is underpinned by the School vision, mission, motto and values which form the framework upon which future actions will be based.

The Plan aims to be ‘future focused’ by embracing new ideas, technologies and initiatives whilst valuing and building upon the legacy of our founders.

This plan comprises four key outcome areas of Student Learning, Engagement, Accountability and Discipleship. These outcome areas align with the domains of the Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA) framework used to guide school improvement throughout the Catholic system. The document provides a rich source of material to guide the development of policies and programs to ensure that St Joseph’s School continues to be a school of choice in the Avon Valley.
