The Director of Faith & Mission is tasked with ensuring the integration of Catholic identity, faith formation, and mission across all aspects of school life from Pre K- Year 12. They will be a Senior Leader on the Secondary campus sharing the responsibility for the effective delivery of quality Catholic education at St Joseph’s School.
In their capacity as a senior teacher, administrator and school leader, the Dean is expected to provide a strong model for other teachers. Therefore, in addition to administrative duties, the Dean of Teaching & Learning will be required to undertake a teaching role.
